1954 Manor - $10,000

This 1954 Spartan Manor was not found after being abandoned out in the field for 10 years. It has been utilized and is functional.

It is 28 ft. with tandem axles. Tires are 16 in. 10 ply with less than 600 miles. Wheel bearings packed at that time also.

Exterior has some small dings on the lower skirt. A little larger one on a small roof panel caused by a fallen tree. Installed 2 stain glass inserts on the 2 door windows without altering the structure or the original glass.

Interior is like new original condition. Worn out hidabed in the front replaced. Other wise everything original. Four burner gas range/oven, exhaust fan, double sink, full size refrig. 3/4 bath, 30 gal. holding tank and pump. Original water heater is somewhat tempermental. With an all steel frame and running gear this unit weighs in at approx. 5500 lbs. whereas a new Airstream, all aluminum, weighs only about 4300 lbs. but this Spartan trails beautifully and with this weight is not affected by passing semis.

I am asking $10,000 which research has indicated is within the range for this year and model.
